Body Positive: Strength Training plus Yoga

We warm up with vinyasa, build strength with meticulously aligned, gym-inspired exercises, then stretch and settle with yoga and breathwork. Also: music! For adventurous students Level I/II and up; no injuries, please. Bring your own hand towel and mat towel.
