Baby & Me Yoga

This class is open to postpartum women with not-yet-crawling babies. YouÂ’ll rebuild, stretch, and restore your body and mind. Reconnect with yourself and bond with your baby during a practice that focuses on you but also incorporates your little one. Feel nurtured emotionally, bond with your baby, and build a community of mamas at the same time.

All levels welcome! Please bring a small blanket for your baby.
