Aligned Vinyasa Flow: Intermediate/Advanced
Aligned Vinyasa Flow: Intermediate/Advanced is a rigorous, continuous flow of asanas emphasizing working with the breath. This practice focuses on vinyasa's most challenging transitions (e.g.. jumping back into chaturanga), as well as incorporates upper-level postures into a flowing practice.Students must be proficient in alignment principles and free of major injuries. For students strong Level II and up:
at least one session of Level II or higher, taken concurrently or as a prerequisite, is strongly recommended.
