Refund and Class Drop requests MUST be received by the Registrar in writing/email, and refunds are calculated from the time the Registrar receives the request (not the day of the last class attended.) If you registered online, you can request to drop your class by going to “my registrations” under “my info” in the online registration system.
All refunds include a built-in administrative fee. Refunds are given according to the following schedule:
-- Before 1st week of classes = 90% of tuition (ends January 8)
-- During 1st week = 80% of tuition for remainder of session (ends January 15)
-- During 2nd week = 70% of tuition for remainder of session (ends January 22)
-- During 3rd week = 60% of tuition for remainder of session (ends January 29)
-- During 4th week = 50% of tuition for remainder of session (ends February 5)
No refunds are given after the 4th week (February 5).

Class Registration
Winter Session registration opens December 7, 2011. Register online and receive immediate confirmation and receipt. For trouble registering online, email: support@willowstreetyoga.com. You may also register in person, by fax (301.270.8045), or by mail. If you choose to register off-line, there is no confirmation unless your first class choice is full. We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. NSF checks incur a $35 fee.

- Multi-class rate: When an individual registers for more than one class, subsequent classes are eligible for a special multi-class rate through Jan 15. $168 for 1.25-2 hr classes; $144 for 1 hour classes.
Class Drop-Ins
Space permitting, drop-ins are welcome in most classes all session, and in Pilates classes until the end of the late registration period (February 19) unless you have current Pilates experience at that class level. Please pay drop-in fee directly to the instructor with cash or check.

Tuition Discounts
10% discounts for seniors 65 & older, students with a valid college/highschool ID (not applicable for Kids or Teen classes), and military personnel with valid ID are available during the first four weeks of classes only (ends February 5). These discounts are redeemable online. Only one discount applies.
Class Transfers
Students may transfer classes through the end of the registration period (February 19). Fill out a transfer form at the front desk, or if you registered online, you may transfer online. Additional payment will be required if you are transferring to a more expensive (i.e. longer) class.
Make-ups
Missed classes can be made up at either location, any time during the current session, in any age and/or appropriate class level. You may make up in advance of an anticipated absence. There is no need to call in advance, but arrive early and check in with the instructor. Parents cannot make up for their children’s classes, however, siblings may use each others’ make-ups in other Kid/Tween/Teen classes.
Class Cancellations
WSYC reserves the right to cancel a class when the required minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be given and students may choose a refund or transfer to another class.
If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or an emergency, there will be a cancellation announcement on the Center’s voice mail (301-270-8038) 2 hours before the class is scheduled to begin.

Receipts
Online registration generates an automatic receipt for registrations, transfers and refunds. Paper registrations will not receive a receipt unless requested in writing. Please keep your banking records for proof of payment. Receipt requests can take up to 6 weeks.
Substitute Teachers
WSYC reserves the right to allow teachers to find appropriate substitute teachers to replace them in a class if needed, due to illness or travel.
Injuries/Physical Limitations
We have a wide range of classes to accommodate people with various physical conditions. Please let your teacher know before class about any physical problems or medical conditions.
Classes and Workshops Start on Time!
Please arrive for your class on time, or better yet, a few minutes early. Late arrivals may be turned away.
Kids and Teens
We ask that children under the age of 16 attend classes specifically designed for their age group. Ages 16 and above may attend adult classes with teacher permission.
