Pilates classes are taught in levels and move progressively, building the sequence of exercises throughout each session- as a result, registrations and drop-ins are accepted through the first six weeks of the session only.
The many benefits of meditation are manifold: improved focus, increased self-awareness, and lower levels of stress and anxiety, just to name a few. While meditation can be simple, it’s not necessarily easy. Here at Willow Street, we offer a wide array of meditation classes to help both brand-new beginners and experienced practitioners to sit and settle.
