Willow Street offers classes for students of all levels and ages. In addition to alignment-based Yoga and authentic mat Pilates classes, we also offer Vinyasa Flow classes and Gentle and Therapeutics-focused classes. Our Kids Yoga classes provide a fun activity for children from crawlers to teenagers.
Yoga classes at Willow Street offer an alignment-based yoga that equally emphasizes strength and flexibility. Yoga classes at Willow Street are taught progressively, so each class in a session builds on previous classes. Classes are divided into levels to accommodate our range of students. Aligned Vinyasa classes at Willow Street offer a continuous flow of postures linked together by the breath. Vinyasa classes are designed for students with prior Yoga experience at Willow Street with a good sense of alignment and free of major injuries.
Gentle and Therapeutics classes at Willow Street offer students a practice that is less vigorous than our Yoga I classes. These classes are accommodating for students with injuries and chronic pain, or for students who prefer to move at a slower pace.

Kids classes at Willow Street provide a fun environment where children use games, songs and stories to explore yoga. Classes are divided by age with offerings from crawlers to teens. Caregivers attend with children except in Trees!, Tweens, and Teens.

Willow Street’s authentic mat Pilates classes focus on developing core strength by using your own resistance. Pilates classes are taught in levels and move progressively, building the sequence of exercises throughout each session- as a result, registrations and drop-ins are accepted through the first six weeks of the session only.
